Mr. Dwayne Wint
Founder and CEO of Rescue Plan Enterprise is a seasoned professional with a robust background in security and emergency response.
With over 20 years in the security industry, more than 15 years of First Aid CPR/AED training, and over 3 years as a certified First Aid CPR instructor and now Use of Force Instructor. Dwayne has developed a deep expertise in fostering safety-first environments.
His firsthand experience underscores the critical role that comprehensive training plays in preventing injuries, saving lives, and cultivating a resilient workplace culture.
As Founder and CEO, Dwayne combines hands-on expertise with a passion for teaching, ensuring every participant gains the skills and confidence to act decisively in emergencies.
Dwayne’s career spans roles in security operations, supervision, and instructing, including over a decade at Commissionaires Great Lakes, where he honed his leadership, risk assessment, and emergency response skills. He also holds a certificate in Aircraft Sheet Metal Fabrication and Repair from Centennial College, reflecting his technical proficiency and attention to detail.
As a certified instructor in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Basic Life Support (BLS), a certified Use of Force instructor, and Smart Serve certified.
Dwayne specializes in delivering practical, scenario-based training for security personnel, healthcare workers, corporate teams, and community groups. His goal is simple: to empower individuals and organizations to respond effectively when seconds matter.

When not teaching, Dwayne is dedicated to advancing safety education across Durham and the GTA, helping clients create reliable “rescue plans” for any situation. His approach blends professionalism with accessibility, ensuring every training session is engaging, practical, and confidence-building.
