What training programs do you offer?
We offer a variety of training programs, including Standard First Aid/CPR/AED & BLS courses, and customized on-site training for businesses. Our sessions are designed for workplaces, security personnel, healthcare staff, and the general public.
How can I book a training session?
To book a training session, visit our website and fill out the booking form or contact us directly via email or phone. We will help you choose the right program based on your needs and schedule.
Are your instructors certified professionals?
Yes, all our instructors are certified professionals with extensive experience in First Aid/CPR/AED & BLS and Safety training. They are dedicated to creating engaging and informative sessions for all participants.
Are your courses nationally recognized?
Yes. All courses follow nationally accepted First Aid/CPR/AED & BLS standards and meet Ontario WSIB regulatory requirements.
How long are the training sessions?
Course times vary:
Standard First Aid + CPR: 2 days
Emergency First Aid: 1 day
CPR/AED only: 3–4 hours
BLS: 4 hours
Private sessions can be customized.
Do you offer on-site training for businesses?
Absolutely. We travel to workplaces across Durham Region and the GTA to provide on-site training for companies, schools, and organizations.
What should I bring to the class?
Comfortable clothing, a notebook or phone for notes, and a positive attitude. All training materials and equipment are provided.
How long is my certification valid?
Most certifications are valid for three years, depending on course type. BLS is typically renewed annually.
Do you provide group discounts?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for corporate groups, schools, community programs, and organizations with 8 or more participants.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. Just contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your reservation without penalties.
Are the courses beginner-friendly?
Absolutely, no prior experience is needed. Our training is hands-on, supportive, and easy to follow.
What age do participants need to be?
Participants should be 12+ for most courses. Younger students may be allowed in private sessions depending on maturity level.
Who is the instructor?
Training is led by our CEO, an experienced emergency response professional with 10+ years in security, safety, and crisis management.
