Yes, all our instructors are certified professionals with extensive experience in First Aid/CPR/AED & BLS and Safety training. They are dedicated to creating engaging and informative sessions for all participants.
Course times vary:
Standard First Aid + CPR: 2 days
Emergency First Aid: 1 day
CPR/AED only: 3–4 hours
BLS: 4 hours

Absolutely. We travel to workplaces across Durham Region and the GTA to provide on-site training for companies, schools, and organizations.
Comfortable clothing, a notebook or phone for notes, and a positive attitude. All training materials and equipment are provided.
Most certifications are valid for three years, depending on course type. BLS is typically renewed annually.
Yes. We offer discounted rates for corporate groups, schools, community programs, and organizations with 8 or more participants.
